I created this wallpaper for my computer a few days ago, and I have had multiple people ask me about it. I decided to share it today, as well as instructions for changing the icon folders. I enjoy changing my wallpaper up frequently. I also like it to serve a purpose to help keep me organized.
*You will need Photoshop to change out the picture.
#1 – Check your screen resolution. Click on this link if you don’t already know it.

#2 Download the file that matches your screen size, or the one that is closest to yours.
#3 Open the file up in Photoshop, and insert a picture of your choosing. Insert the image below the layer “Insert Image Here”.
#4 Save the image as a jpg, and select it for your new background.

To change the icon of an app, folder or file, first copy an image or another icon to the clipboard (Edit > Copy). You can then use that image for the item’s icon.
- In the Finder, select the item you want to have a different icon.
- From the File menu, choose Get Info or press Command-I to open the Get Info window.
- Click the icon in the upper-left corner of the Get Info window to select it.
- From the Edit menu, choose Paste or press Command-V to replace the icon.
