Another picture-perfect wedding in the books as I look through the images from Danna and Jaron’s wedding. They were married at the beautiful Fort Conde Inn, a bed and breakfast in downtown Mobile, and I can’t say enough about the way these pictures turned out.
Brianna was the lead photographer and as always, she killed it. 😍 The weather turned out to be amazing with no rain the entire day. Always a plus for a Mobile, Alabama wedding. If you know, you know. 😜
I am particularly fond of Fort Conde Inn because it’s a one-stop shop for those couples looking to stay at the same location for the entirety of their day. Danna and Jaron were able to get ready at the inn, plus have their wedding ceremony and reception there as well.
I think the obvious draw to Fort Conde Inn is the southern charm. Everything about this style home screams Southern. The location, the columns, and the Southern hospitality totally check all the boxes for a wedding venue.
Danna and Jaron participated in a first-look and I think the look of excitement on his face right before the big moment says it all. I love that we as wedding photographers get to experience sweet moments like this all the time and witness history in the making.
Usually, when shooting at Fort Conde Inn, the balcony is just there to be used by the bridal party in various ways. But on this particular day, I loved that the bride and groom thought out of the box and decided to have their ceremony on the balcony! Like, how cool is that?! It’s something I’ve never seen before, but just love this idea! The ceremony was stunning from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a bright and summery vibe for your wedding, your inspiration is totally in Danna’s bridesmaids dresses and bouquets. Their colors pop and I’m always a fan of fresh flowers. I love that Danna’s bouquet was all-white which gave a balance to the bright look from the bridesmaid dresses.
One of my favorite images from the reception is this greenery wall backdrop with their names on display. What a classy way to bring tribute to the bride and groom while also hitting all the dreamy outdoor wants off the checklist. Danna and Jaron finished off their day with some bride and groom images in front of the Mobile skyline and even a few with Fort Conde in the background as well.
Overall, a perfect day with another happy couple. What better way to end your wedding day than surrounded by family and friends rooting for your happiness? Nothing brings me joy quite like seeing two people join themselves together to create one big happy life. Two people willing to merge everything together to share the ups, downs, good, bad and ugly with each other. You can’t put a price tag on bring together.
I wish you the absolute best, Danna and Jaron! Here’s to many more beautiful days together for the rest of your lives. 🎉
