Hilary and Adams Bragg Mitchell Mansion wedding in Mobile, Alabama

Hilary and Adam’s wedding was stunning from start to finish. Every detail was so personable and unique to their taste and turned out exactly like Hilary had envisioned it.

The bride and her bridesmaids got ready at one of the bridesmaid’s house where we were able to capture some beautiful pictures of her and her family and friends. I’ve never photographed bridesmaids in this color dress before and I’m absolutely loving this shade of green! These pictures of Hilary and her mom are literally so precious and I know they will cherish these moments for a lifetime! Is it too late to mention the bride‘s shoes? These Jimmy Choos are seriously goal-wedding shoes for any bride. 😍

The guys got ready at the Battlehouse in downtown Mobile which is always a favorite of mine. They took their time getting ready and allowed plenty of time for bride and groom pictures. Hilary and Adam did such a great job with the timeline of the day. They gave me three separate times that were set aside from all the activities. These three allotted times gave us so many pictures and we didn’t feel rushed. That is always a huge plus to any wedding photographer! Seriously we got so many pictures and didn’t miss a single moment!

The bride did a first-look with her dad and a first-look with Adam. A common misconception with first-looks is that it will take away from that special moment when the bride walks down the aisle. As you will see in these pictures, Adam was equally as happy in both settings and the pictures of him as he saw her walk down the aisle were absolutely perfect.

But before I get ahead of myself, just look at these first-look photos. They were so intimate and sweet and I love that Hilary and Adam weren’t rushed and had plenty of time to just enjoy a few moments together before the ceremony.

St. Josephs Chapel ceremony

The ceremony took place at St. Joseph’s Chapel in Mobile, Alabama and they took the cutest trolly over to Bragg’s Mitchell Mansion for their reception. We thought it was going to rain all day, but it did eventually clear out, so we were thankful we got to still be outdoors for a good portion of the day.

Hilary paid tribute to her grandmother by displaying her rosary. She also showcased her own love for butterflies throughout the ceremony and rehearsal. There were butterflies in the floral pieces on each table and were found throughout the day in small ways.

Speaking of florals, Katherine with Jubilee Flowers did a fantastic job and is always one of my favorite florists to work with. Jubilee Flowers also did the florals that completed the look of this gorgeous cake. I loved the collaboration they did with Couture Cakes and have never seen another cake quite like this! 😍

Hilary and Adam were able to steal away a few more moments at golden hour before the day ended and I’m so glad they did. The sun rays were still leaking out and the trees were absolutely dreamy. In my opinion, the more pictures to choose from the better, and these sweet photos at the end were just the cherry on top of a perfect day.

Hilary and Adam had their guests throw ecofetti as they left the reception and their getaway car was the coolest car I’ve probably ever seen. Such a bright and fun way to end the day.
