Elizabeth, my associate Mobile Natural Light Engagement Photographer, captured this adorable engagement session. All I have to say is…Wow! What a dream come true this session was! Lizy and Alan are getting married on her family’s property under the large oak that is captured in several of these photos.

It was very important for Lizy to do the session on her family’s property, and who would blame her?! The farm is so picturesque, and there were so many gorgeous spots to choose from to use as backgrounds. It was truly a photographer’s dream location, and the weather and lighting were absolutely perfect the day of their session! I can definitely see why they’d want their wedding to be here! It’s going to be so incredibly gorgeous!

About this Engagement Session

Lizy also wanted to be sure to include her beautiful horses in the session as well. Elizabeth has always wanted to do a shoot with horses, so this was seriously a major dream shoot come true for her. I was so excited when I first heard she’d be working with horses (and maybe slightly jealous…ok a lot jealous). I couldn’t be happier with how amazing this collection turned out. She plans to have a manege horse soon enough.

As they were proceeding through the session, Lizy told Elizabeth that these horses are so incredibly loved by her and her family, and that they “would let them sleep in the house if they could.” Aren’t they just gorgeous?! They look so majestic! What an absolute rush this was! Classic (the brown horse) and Sweetie (the paint) were totally into posing for portraits, especially Classic who could totally be a professional horse model.

I was so happy to hear that Lizy and Alan were such a pleasure to work with! They very obviously exuded love! I know that their wedding is going to be absolutely gorgeous as is their beautiful future together. This was for sure a session Elizabeth and I will never forget!
