Wedding planning is such a wonderful, albeit stressful, time in a couple’s life. It’s the start of a lifetime of planning events both big and small together. Its often the start of small sacrifices and big compromises (okay, you can have your ivory linen table runners as long as I get my monogrammed napkins. Fine I’ll agree to sparklers at the exit as long as we can ride off in horse and carriage). It’s the start of a relatively short trip leading up to the longest, most beautiful journey side by side. As a Mobile Engagement Photographer, rarely have I seen a sweeter couple more deserving of the love they share.
Beth and Ryan are getting married in December, and I have the wonderful honor of photographing their wedding! I know it’s going to be the perfect winter wedding. But first things first, their engagement! Beth and Ryan are such a sweet couple, and they both have a love for history. Downtown Mobile, Alabama was the ideal location to incorporate the history of Mobile into their engagement photos. Strolling through downtown Mobile, the rustic light poles and historic buildings created a beautiful atmosphere to showcase this couple’s love. From the festive porches, to the swaying ferns and mature live oaks, the backdrop was picture perfect for Beth and Ryan’s engagement session. I know this is just the start of a wonderful journey that I am so excited to be included in!
Capturing the love shared between these two was such a special treat. Make sure to check out more engagement sessions from Jennie Tewell Photography.
