Fairhope Alabama Wedding Photographer | Brittany + William

Elizabeth, my associate photographer, had the sweet opportunity to capture the love and vows exchanged by these two love birds on their wedding day. William and Brittany were married at Henry George Park at Fairhope Pier. Jenna Laine Weddings  did an excellent job planning and executing every little detail to make this bride’s day perfect. From her dress, by I Do Bridal & Formal, to her hair and makeup, by Jillian Jensen Holt, Brittany was a stunning bride, radiating beauty inside and out. One of the latest trends with brides, that slightly veers from tradition, is the “first look”. This is where the groom gets a peek at the bride all done up before she walks down the aisle.

I love “love”. I love documenting it for my clients. I love when it’s tangible and raw and the photographs are just an extension of the realness that exists in that moment, and I know Elizabeth, my associate photographer, agrees. Both Elizabeth and I are reminded of that every time we have the pleasure of witnessing the vows and commitment between a couple as they solidify their love in marriage as a Fairhope Alabama Wedding Photographer.

This moment for Brittany and William couldn’t have been more perfect. The anticipation was met with sweet adoration and a groom who could not peel his eyes away from his beautiful bride. Elizabeth was worried the weather would force them to change their plans for an outdoor ceremony on the bluffs, but thankfully the skies stayed clear long enough for the ceremony and portraits to be taken outside.

Brittany was one of the calmest brides we have ever worked with. Elizabeth said it was so refreshing to see the ease and serenity she emanated throughout the day. Her and William share such a sweet love, and how sweet it was to see the special bond William has with Brittany’s son, Blaine. I know it was a real pleasure to witness the love of this special family on their big day! I don’t know if anything could top it, but I’m sure their two week honeymoon in Italy was a wonderful cap to the celebration! As the bride and groom drove off at the end of the night, Elizabeth told me the rain started falling, like a blessing from heaven for the happy couple.
