Another engagement session at the Grand Hotel in the books with Caroline and Josh and I couldn’t be more pleased with how their photos turned out! They drove a couple of hours from New Orleans just to do this photo shoot with Brianna in Fairhope, Alabama.
Caroline and Josh were one of our couples that had to re-schedule for Covid-related reasons so I know that they are eager to walk that aisle together and finally tie the knot.
My heart goes out to all of those couples who are still waiting for their fairy-tale wedding. So many have been forced to make a decision that no couple should ever have to make.
I’m so glad Caroline and Josh have been patient because their time is finally almost here! They will be getting married at St. Joseph’s Chapel at Springhill College in June. Another favorite location in Mobile, Alabama to get married. It is a coveted location, of course, because of those beautiful oak trees that are a classic homage to Mobile and its unique, yet stunning scenery.
This engagement session was perfect because the sunset was totally showing off on this particular evening. Caroline and Josh were able to go out on the jetties by the bay for some breath-taking views and pictures to tell the story.
Although their timeline was pushed back and their original wedding date didn’t exactly go according to plan, I know this is just another part of Caroline and Josh’s story. I know their wedding in June will be even better than before and it will be just the beginning of many more exciting chapters to come.
