Christmas Vacation at Disney World

The week before Christmas we went to Orlando for a Christmas vacation. We had the best time ever! We spent 3 days at the Disney parks, and we spent the rest of the time shopping and just being with family. Disney truly is a magical place. I LOVED seeing Ashlyn light up while we saw her favorite Disney characters and princesses. One of my favorite things about going on vacation is eating… haha – not a surprise for those of you who know me well! We got to eat at a few of my favorite restaurants. Chipotle (twice), Cheesecake Factory, Chevy’s… Just to name a few.

The first day to the parks was Animal Kingdom.

This was the Lion King show. It was my first time seeing it. I thought it was great. Ashlyn especially loved the monkey acrobats=)The safari ride is always my favorite part of Animal Kingdom. We got to see so many animals this time. Sorry for the picture overload. =/On one of our off days, we hung out at Downtown Disney. The guys went to Disney Quest, and us girls just walked around and went into all of the shops! So much fun!Ashlyn was so so excited to see Santa… Once we got up there she got shy and wouldn’t sit with him. She did tell him all that she wanted for Christmas though. Ashlyn got to meet her favorite princess, Rapunzel. She told Rapunzel, “You are my best friend”Some of my favorite pictures we took with our handy IPhones=)
