Genie and Cory are two amazing newlyweds that I had the pleasure of working with not too long ago! I have anticipated Genie and Cory’s wedding since the first time I met with Genie and her mom. These two immediately filled the room with positive energy. I knew instantly that their wedding was not only going to be beautiful, but a blast as well! And let me tell ya’ – it was! I had such a great time with this wonderful family, and am so happy to be able to share it with you.

A Stunning Ceremony at St. Joseph’s Chapel

The day consisted of several crazy rain showers, but it definitely did not hinder the amount of fun we had. Genie was an absolute joy all day long. She was care-free, cheery, and just so fun to be around. Her and her husband got married at St Joseph’s Chapel At Spring Hill College, and it was truly breathtaking. The details throughout the church were so elegant and beautiful, truly fitting for such a great family.

The Cotton Hall Reception

The reception following was at Cotton Hall, and it was amazing as well. It was once and orphanage, but has been transformed into an event venue. Filled with character, the venue was a photographer’s dream. One of my favorite parts of the day was the cake cutting. Cory got Genie with more cake in the face than I have ever seen at a wedding! I love the silliness these two shared.

Altogether it was a beautiful day. Genie and Cory have something so special, and I’m so happy I was able to document their wedding. Let’s face it – they’re perfect! Congratulations you two! You have a life full of amazing adventures ahead of you.
