I’m SO happy to finally be able to share these images from a recent styled wedding shoot I photographed. This shoot was recently featured on Every Last Detail, and we had to wait until they were published there to be able to share them. Every Last Detail is an excellent wedding blog with tons of inspiration for all things wedding. I love following Every Last Detail, and it was truly an honor to be able to be featured on their site!
When Lisa with Thorne & Thistle contacted me about photographing this shoot, I was so excited. I love their work so much and was thrilled to be able to work with them. Lisa is amazing at all that she does. She not only planned and coordinated this shoot, but she also did all of the florals. And the florals were ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!! They were definitely some of my favorite flowers ever!
Lisa planned the shoot around the Pantone color of the year, but with a little twist. That was Lisa’s main inspiration. We also wanted it to showcase the beauty of the gorgeous Fort Conde Inn in Mobile, Alabama. Fort Conde Inn is such a beautiful event venue, and I always love the opportunity to work there.
The black and white tiles on the front porch were another element that we wanted to incorporate with the shoot. We tied in the tiles by adding black ribbon to the bouquet, black shoes, and some black for the groom’s details.
After we finished shooting at Fort Conde Inn, we traveled to Daphne, AL to get some sunset shots on the beach. The blue from the bride’s dress matched the water perfectly and was a such a wonderful way to end the shoot.
Thanks to these wonderful vendors who made this shoot such a success!
