Oh! I just loved getting to photograph this amazing couple and their incredible wedding. They were such a blast to work with, and their venue offered such a fantastic setting to photograph such a beautiful wedding.

About Elizabeth & Michael’s wedding

We first began at the Grand Marriott, where the wedding party was getting ready. This was where we did the first look with Elizabeth and Michael, along with some other portraits. The Grand Marriot is such a great place for photos; it offers such fabulous backdrops with all its amazingly gorgeous oak trees.

Oh! Just look at that beautiful couple! Their reactions when they saw each other during their first look took my breath away. I’m so glad I was there to capture such raw beauty and emotion. Elizabeth and Michael’s ceremony took place at one of my favorite churches to shoot in – St. Francis at The Point! The natural light it offers throughout is so gorgeous and perfect for photos.

Although it might have been the muggiest day of the year, (Thank you, Alabama weather) you would have never known by just looking at these photos. Elizabeth and Michael were so excited to be getting married that no amount of heat would have dampened their spirits.

The reception was held at The Venue in Fairhope, Alabama, and everything about it was so classy and elegant. Touches of soft, light pinks and white décor created hints of sweetness and peacefulness, and the air was full of so much happiness and love for the newlyweds.

What a true honor it was to get to capture these special memories for Elizabeth and Michael and their family. It was surely a pleasure getting to work with them, and I wish them a lifetime of love and happiness as they embark on their new, exciting adventure of life as husband and wife!
