I have been so excited to photograph Bailey and Boyds wedding for the last several months. Leading up to their wedding, Bailey and her mom have been so sweet to work with. I just love the relationships that I have formed through this business!
Bailey and Boyd got married at Christ the King Catholic Church in Daphne, Alabama, and their reception was at Belforest Point. Both are gorgeous venues, and I loved shooting at each location.
Before a wedding day, I always check the weather so if we need to make a rain plan, I can prepare for that. When I checked the weather for Saturday, there was 0% chance of rain. Honestly, that never happpens. There is always a chance of rain here. So, I was a little giddy when we had the most perfect weather, and sunshine for the majority of the day. Of course, we can take photos when it is overcast, but there is something extra special about a sunny day.
Bailey and Boyd had a rather larger wedding party, and I just loved it. They were so much fun to work with and were a blast!
I still can’t get over how beautiful Bailey was. She was just stunning. Her and Boyd make such a great couple. And even though Boyd didn’t enjoy getting his photos taken (not much guys do), he was a great sport, and did a great job! Boyd said he would do anything to make Bailey happy, and I thought that was just the sweetest thing!
I always love working Jenna with Jenna Laine weddings. She is fabulous, and is such a great wedding planner. I loved seeing how everything came together.
Baileys choice of colors were quite possibly were some of my favorite I have seen. The pale blue dresses paired with the beautiful spring bouquets designed by Belle Boquet were gorgeous. The colors were soft, feminine, and looked good on everybody.
