Happy New Year!!!! 2018 is going to be a hard year to top. As I reflect back on the year, the word that keeps coming to mind is thankful.
I’m thankful to be able to do something I absolutely LOVE for a living. Photography is my passion, and it is a true joy to get to do it as my job.
My photography business has grown over the last few years, and I couldn’t do what I do by myself. I have a team of amazing ladies that help me with my business. Words can’t express how thankful I am for them. My photographers are some of the most talented in the industry. There is no-one I would rather work with than them.
Brianna, Jaimie, Elizabeth, Morgan, Jennyfer, Kindra, Tiffany, and Gabrielle. Thank you for the work that you do! I’m truly blessed to work along side of each of you.
Our team photographed 40 weddings and 65 portrait sessions and events in 2018. We took right at 300,000 images! That is a lot of images! As I sifted through the thousands of photos, I wanted to share some of my favorites with you from the year.
I’m incredibly thankful for my clients. I wouldn’t have a business without you! I honestly believe the Lord hand picks every single client for me. Something I pray for on a regular basis, is that God would give me the clients that He wants me to have, and I truly believe He does just that.
I couldn’t ask for a sweeter group of people. Y’all have been kind, gracious, and so much fun to work with. I’m thankful for the relationships we have formed through this business. Thank you for giving me the gift to be able to do photography as a job.
There is nothing quite like being there to document the happiest day of people’s lives. I can’t thank you enough for trusting me with capturing your day.
I’m also thankful for the vendors we work with. Many I get to work with on a regular basis. I’m in awe of the amount of people it takes to put on a wedding. As a photographer, I get to see almost every vendor in action, and wedding vendors are some of the hardest workers on the planet. We have so many talented vendors in this area, and it is a joy to be able to work with each of you.
I’m so excited to see what 2019 holds! I have some big dreams for this little business of mine, and I can’t wait to share some exciting things with y’all in the near future!
