Morgan + Owen — Jennie Tewell Photography

Morgan + Owen

I was at the Grand Hotel for the second week in a row, and it never gets old to me. It’s one of the most beautiful places in our area, and I always love the opportunity to shoot there. I had so so much fun working with Morgan and Owen. They are such a blast to be around. They have such great personalities, and have just been a joy to work with for their engagement session and now their wedding!

MY FAVORITE MOMENTS OF THE DAY

  • Capturing their dog, Millie! I mean, how cute is she!?!? I definitely took a TON of photos of her because I just couldn’t get enough of her. She just posed perfectly for me.
  • I loved photographing their wedding details. Morgan did such a great job of putting everything together. The invitation suite, custom ring box, heirloom jewelry, and some of the prettiest shoes I have ever seen gave me all of the heart eyes! I hope y’all like seeing details because this blog post is definitely detail heavy. 😍
  • I’m so glad Owen chose to wear his dress blues! I have a huge respect for those in the military, and I think their dress blues look so sharp!
  • Can you get over how sweet Morgan’s grandmothers are as flower girls? Seriously, obsessed with this idea! And the ring security was looking pretty dapper himself! 👌🏼

Morgan and Owen, I can’t thank you enough for asking me to capture a special day for you! It was truly a gorgeous day, and working with you both was such an honor!

“Do you remember the 21st night of September?” Their wedding date was September 21, so I loved that they used this line throughout their day.

Morgan made this handkerchief for her dad! I was impressed!

This is one of my favorite pictures of the whole day. Millie was looking up at her mom, and this was a complete natural moment!

Owen’s shirt was a surprise, and I thought it was so fun!
