St. Francis at the Point Wedding in Fairhope, Alabama

Anna and Lee’s wedding kicked off my first wedding of the fall season, and it couldn’t have been a better wedding to start things off with. We were in the prettiest of settings, with a zero chance of rain, and a completely in love couple. Anna and Lee were so sweet together. I loved working with them! 

Anna’s venue choices were two of my favorites. St. Francis at the Point in Point Clear, Alabama is one of my all-time favorite churches to photograph weddings in. The natural light makes my photographer heart so happy. 😍

I never get tired of shooting the Grand Hotel. Every part of the property is lovely. Julep Point is the perfect place for a reception with the Bay in the background. 

MY FAVORITE MOMENTS OF THE DAY

• My favorite moment was definitely when Lee saw Anna for the first time. His breath was taken away, and it was such a special moment to witness. 
• Their first dance as a newly married couple. You can definitely see the joy in their expressions to finally be married. All of the wedding day stresses are over, and they couldn’t be happier.
• The sunset! It was amazing! The temperatures cooled down as the sun began to go down, and the color of the sky was breathtaking. 
• When I was taking bride and groom portraits, and I was “coaching” Anna and Lee into a pose, and Anna says, “I know this pose! I look at your blog”. It makes me feel good to know that people other than Andrew and my mom read my blog. lol. 😂
