Fay and Earl’s wedding was the classic, Mobile wedding! They were married at Spring Hill Presbyterian Church, and their reception was held at the Country Club of Mobile. You could sense the Southern tradition, and I felt right at home! They were married in January~one of the coldest months we’ve had this year~ but it was still a beautiful day!! The sun was shining, and there wasn’t a drop of rain!!

Fay is a local 2nd grade teacher, and I thought it was so sweet that a lot of her students came to the wedding. You could tell they loved their teacher!! It reminded me of Ashlyn. She’s in 2nd grade this year, and I could see how she would be just as excited!!

One of the reasons I love to do engagement sessions is that I get to know the bride and groom before their wedding day!! We took engagement photos of Fay and Earl a few months before their wedding (click HERE to see them), and I learned even then that they are just the sweetest couple!! We are so excited for their future together as husband and wife, and we count it an honor that they chose Jennie Tewell Photography to capture the moments of their special day!!

Also, Fay made the cover of this year’s Mobile Bay Bride. I’m so excited for her! She is gorgeous inside and out! I love the shot they chose or the cover! Scroll down to the bottom to see a picture of it. =)
