Fairhope Alabama Wedding Photographer | Shannon + Jordan

I had the joy of hearing about this wedding from my associate photographer, Elizabeth. Her recollection of the day made me feel as though I was there. And with how fun it sounded, I wish I had been! Take a peek at what she had to say about Shannon and Jordan’s big day.

This wedding was surely breathtaking. Just look at that gorgeous couple and family. Shannon and Jordan are so madly in love, and it was so incredible to witness and capture such a special moment in time for them as their wedding photographer.

I am so glad I was able to work with these two again for their wedding. When I first met up with Shannon and Jordan for their engagement session, a few months ago, we attempted to take some portraits along the bluff in Fairhope, Alabama. Unfortunately, the bitter cold and wind kept us from getting any more than just a few quick photos in the spot that they love so dearly. When their wedding day arrived, rain was also in the forecast. Thankfully, however, the rain held off, and we were able to do their bride and groom portraits in the very same spot that we weren’t able to shoot for their engagement portraits. Shannon and Jordan’s ceremony was held in the gorgeous Trinity Presbyterian in Fairhope, which is just across the street from the bluffs that overlook the bay. Oh, how incredibly elegant and beautiful it was. All the white of the walls and building was just so simple and classy, and the white paired with all the natural light shining through the windows created such a light and airy atmosphere and theme that was perfect for the two and their big day.

Shannon and Jordan were such a pleasure to work with. They had the most beautiful, kind family, and I feel so honored to have been able to be a part of their special day. Being able to capture bride and groom photos for them in their favorite spot truly meant so much to me. This amazing couple deserves nothing but the best as they begin their lives together as lovely Mr. and Mrs., and I wish them a lifetime of love and happiness forever and always.
